Keto diet has been elevated fame on social media and online, but

This diet is quite sensitive, if you have decided to go for Keto diet, the first thing you need to do is acquire knowledge and learn about this diet system. Because this diet could go wrong, badly and might affect your health. As I mentioned in my last article this diet is based on the concepts of limiting carbs, with an emphasis on high fat and protein, which means our body is forced to use fat and protein for the energy instead of carbohydrates.

That may lead to kidney damage because you need to eat a good quantity of meat, which can cause an increase in uric acid in our body and uric acid may cause kidney stone.

Therefore, to avoid kidney problem people who are going on the Keto Diet, need to drink plenty of water.

I strongly recommend before going on this diet consult your doctor and take his advice, because this diet is not just reducing your meal quantity or eating healthy.
